Take Refuge in the Lord

“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.” (Psalm 34:8 NIV) How have you tasted and seen that the Lord is good? Take a moment to praise and take refuge in our God.

Confronting With Compassion

“We don’t confront those we don’t know. We confront those we love.” –Pastor Chuck Swindoll Listen to Pastor Chuck’s latest sermon, “The Integrity of a Courageous Confrontation,” at stonebriar.org/watch.

FALLiday Do’s and Don’ts

Pastor Nathan and Pastor Ren are back with some helpful tips for our FALLiday Lot Party! Remember to sign up to host a trunk-or-treat car at stonebriar.org/falliday. And don’t eat all the candy like Ren.

Fill the Truck This Sunday!

This weekend is the last Sunday to bring candy for our FALLiday Lot Party, so we’ve got a challenge for you—let’s fill a whole truck with candy donations!

This Sunday, October 24, there will be a FALLiday truck parked in the Circle Drive (between Buildings B and C) to collect candy, and our goal is to fill the truck! Bring bags of individually wrapped candy to church with you, and let’s see how much we can pack into that truck bed.

Thank you for helping to make our FALLiday Lot Party sweet! The party is coming up next Friday, October 29, so visit our FALLiday page to get all the details.

Food Drive—Loving Our Neighbors in Need

Every week, we provide 110 bags of groceries for senior citizens and persons with disabilities in low-income housing, through a ministry of Cornerstone in South Dallas. This is only one of the ways our weekly food drive helps people in need throughout our community.

Help us continue caring for these neighbors in Jesus’ name by dropping off food and supply donations outside Building B on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can find the list of needed items here: stonebriar.org/food-drive.
