Frisco Connect

During these days of challenging economic times, we acknowledge that many in our church family and in our community are struggling with job loss and job transition. Our desire as a church is to walk alongside you with hope and practical resources.

Stonebriar Community Church is honored to host Frisco Connect. Frisco Connect is a networking and skill building meeting for those in job transitions.  Meetings frequently have representatives from area corporations looking to hire new employees.

Frisco Connect provides mentoring and support in critical areas of the job search such as interview skills, resume writing, and using social media to enhance your networking strategy.

What: Frisco Connect—Practical assistance and employment opportunities for those in job transitions.

When: First and third Tuesday of every month 9 a.m.–noon

Where: Stonebriar Community Church in the Multi-Purpose Room

Cost: No charge

Registration: No registration... just show up!

Click here to share this event with family and friends on Facebook.

Frisco Connect will not meet on Tuesday, June 18.  Please join us for the next Frisco Connect on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.

Stonebriar desires to be a place of truth and grace, hope and encouragement, and presence and purpose for those in our community affected by job loss in these uncertain times. For those who are employed, we ask for your prayers for our brothers and sisters in search of jobs. Even though you are currently working, we also invite you to be part of the Frisco Connect group to offer practical counsel, leads on jobs, and encouragement for those in their job search.
