Who Is Promised the Promised Land?

The surprise assault of Hamas on Israel beginning October 7, 2023, was the worst civilian attack in the history of modern Israel. It was the latest in a long list of ongoing conflicts throughout the Middle East.
Many people have asked—What is happening, and how does it relate to the Word of God? Beginning in Genesis 12, God promises Abraham that He will give him a land yet to be revealed. That territory became known in Scripture as the “promised land,” and it lies at the heart of the current battle.
Tune in for a special presentation from Stonebriar elder and Bible teacher Rhome van Dyck, where we will trace God’s promises regarding the land and the relevant historical events that have occurred since the writing of Scripture ended. Together, we will be reminded of God’s love for His people and sovereign control over all He has made.
