Moms of Young Kids
Mom2Mom
The Mom2Mom team invites moms with newborns to middle-school-age children to come and enjoy refreshment, encouragement, and instruction in this interactive and practical group for moms with young children. We meet every Friday morning from 9:30 to 11:30, September through May.
A refreshing gathering, Mom2Mom encourages development of friendships in a relaxed setting with food, time for discussion, Bible study, and a variety of gifted speakers. Our program rotates Bible study one week and general-interest speakers and fellowship on alternate weeks. Childcare is provided for the little ones during the morning.
2011/2012: September 9–May 4
Encouragement Fridays
Join us this year as we gather for relevant topics and times of encouragement. The dates for Encouragement Fridays in 2011 are:
• September 9 and 23
• October 7 and 21
• November 11
• December 2
The 2012 dates are:
• January 6 and 27
• February 10 and 24
• March 9 and 30
• April 20
The Mom2Mom year concludes with our special Spring Celebration on May 4.
Bible Study Fridays
Our Bible study begins Friday, September 16. We are studying Beth Moore's book, Breaking Free. Books are available for purchase for a small fee at the first Encouragement Friday on September 9.
We will continue to meet on the following dates:
• September 30
• October 14
• November 4 and 18
The 2012 Bible study dates are:
• January 20
• February 3 and 17
• March 2 and 23
• April 13 and 27
New Registration Information
This year is going to be a great year as there is no longer the option of attending either the E-Friday or Bible study Fridays. It's all or nothing!
Due to limited childcare space and in order to assign these spaces more efficiently, the 2011-2012 Mom2Mom Childcare Registration will be processed differently than it has been in past years. On Monday, August 15, the day online registration opens, if your children are successfully registered, you will receive an email from Service U, our registration provider, confirming that your registration was received. On Tuesday, August 16, you will receive an email from Michelle Felt, Childcare Coordinator, which will verify one way or another if we have space for your children.
IMPORTANT! If you are pregnant and wish to reserve a spot for your baby for the coming year, please register your infant now and include the due date.

Attend your first Mom2Mom meeting.
Get directions to Stonebriar (location), and confirm the meeting room and time on our calendar. The group meeting time and room number are also displayed on monitors inside the building main entrances.
