For 33 years, Ralph served in pastoral ministry. He taught at the Korean Bible College, Falls Church, Virginia and later joined the faculty of the Korean Bible College and Seminary in Seoul, Korea where he and his wife, Betty, both taught. Ralph also served for several years as an adjunct professor at Houston Baptist University. He and Betty have travelled extensively in the Middle East, Europe, and the Far East.
