This Christmas season, help us provide for the homeless in South Dallas by donating winter clothes and supplies. Visit our Comfort & Joy kiosk in the Atrium to pick up a list of needed items and a bag to place them in, or see the list below and fill a gallon-sized ziplock with each item. You can also donate new or gently used coats, sweatshirts, and blankets (adult sizes only; men’s clothes are the greatest need).
Place these items in a gallon bag:
- Socks (adult)
- Hot chocolate mix (individual packs)
- Chapstick
- Hand cream (travel size)
- Hand warmers
- Gloves (adult)
- Winter knit Hat (adult)
- Candy bar/chocolate Christmas candy
- A Candy Cane
- A Christmas card with a handwritten note of encouragement (Simple…not too wordy)
Donations are due by Friday, December 15, and can be dropped off in the collection boxes around campus or during our food drive on Mondays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. outside Building B.
