Government, Authority & Honoring God With Your Vote

Rhome van Dyck • November 3, 2024
Matthew 17:14-27

It’s election time, and as a Christian, you might be wondering what the right thing is to do. What does the Bible say about how to vote, and how can we honor God in what has become a very divisive political process?

The truth is that the first century that Jesus lived in knew nothing about voting, a constitutional republic, our concept of democracy, or any freedom to choose government. But the Bible is not silent on these issues.

Join us on a journey through Scripture as we examine God’s commands for government and all state authority, and learn what the Bible says about how you can honor God with your vote. This seminar will not tell you who to vote for, but rather how to think about voting from a biblical perspective and how that can inform your decisions.
