Ironman Small Groups
Guys in our Ironman small groups gather weekly to sharpen one another through Bible study and accountability. Days and times vary, but all our groups are meeting online. Explore group options on our Ironman page and reach out to one of the leaders to get connected.
Men’s Tuesday Bible Study With Dr. Steve Farrar
Continuing this spring through April 27, 2021, on Tuesdays at 6:30–8:00 p.m.
Open to men of all ages, single or married, this Bible study takes on the challenges of faith, family, career, and ethics. This large-group meeting is held in Stonebriar’s Worship Center. Steve is the founder of Men’s Leadership Ministries and the author several books on biblical life and fatherhood. While this study occurs in person, you can watch past lessons any time on YouTube.

We ask that you register prior to your first night attending this Tuesday study. Only your first attendance requires registration, but we do ask that you check in each week. Visitors are always welcome! When you arrive, stop by the informal check-in area at the Information Center and let us introduce ourselves.

Father’s Forum: Online Q&A
Online, First Thursdays of each month at Noon
If you’re a dad, grandpa, or father-figure, join us online for a monthly Father’s Forum with Dr. Rafy Gutierrez, presented by Stonebriar’s Men’s Ministry and Abiding Fathers. Get equipped to lead your family with the love of Christ with this time of biblical teaching and conversation.
Father’s Forum will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 12 to 1 p.m. on Zoom. Registration is required one time only, and there is no cost to attend.
Our December 2020 Father’s Forum led by Rafy Gutierrez was attended by many of you. You can watch Rafy’s talk on YouTube. Join us for future Father’s Forums and find encouragement as a dad, granddad, uncle, or mentor.
Men’s Online Tuesday Bible Study with Phil Bruce
Continuing March 16, 2021, via Zoom on Tuesdays at 7–8:30 p.m.
Join our Tuesday Bible study to explore the biblical doctrines that form our faith. Our guide for this interactive study is Major Bible Themes, written by Lewis Sperry Chafer and John Walvoord. This group is gathering on Zoom every Tuesday at 7 p.m., so sign up to get the link and join the conversation.
Dad Talk: Online Study on Biblical Fatherhood
Wednesdays Online, October 14–November 18 | 7 to 8:15 p.m.
Discover how to be come the best dad you can be with Dad Talk. In this online discussion group, we’ll explore six areas of biblical fatherhood—Understanding, Loving, Modeling, Listening, Disciplining, and Blessing.
This is a casual, come-as-you are virtual gathering where we’ll hear teaching from Dr. Rafy Gutierrez and discuss each topic in small groups. Whether you’re a dad, grandfather, step-dad, father-to-be, or spiritual father, you are welcome to join the conversation.
Registration is $15 and covers the cost of the book, including applicable sales tax. Books will be available for contact-less pickup via drive-thru on our campus. Books and small groups will be available for both English and Spanish speakers. Space is limited, so sign up to save your spot.
Community & Connections
Sunday Fellowships are weekly gatherings where people study the Bible, pray together, and form meaningful friendships. Groups are available for a variety of life stages, so no matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you will find people to walk with you. These groups typically meet in classrooms on our campus, but many are continuing to meet online. Contact Ministry Coordinator Sarah McFarlane to connect with a group that fits you!
If you’re a parent or grandparent, find resources and support on our Parenting Pathway blog. This library of articles, podcasts, guidebooks, and activities covers all aspects of parenting to equip you as the spiritual leader of your home. Whether your kids are in diapers or Driver’s Ed, you’ll find practical tips and encouragement for your parenting journey.
