God has always had a people, and His people have always had a song. At 5 p.m. Saturday, May 16, the SCC Sanctuary Choir and Orchestra will trace sacred music from the 1400s to present day, featuring a choral and instrumental progression through Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern periods.
Highlights of performances will include the works of Morley, Bach, Handel, Beethoven, Mussorgky, Vaughn Williams, and Rutter.
Be educated, inspired, and spiritually moved at this free 90-minute performance. Doors to the Worship Center open at 4:30 p.m. The concert begins at 5 p.m.
