Hospital & Home Visits
Illness and infirmity can isolate a person from the believers they have come to know and love. But that isolation can be relieved. All it takes is a visit from someone who offers prayer, godly encouragement, and news from the church. Our pastors and SoulCare volunteers regularly visit people whose health problems are hindering their participation in worship services, adult fellowship groups, and other church activities.
Two Ways to Request a Visit
- Call Care Ministries at 469-252-5364. Provide the patient’s name, the name and address of their hospital or nursing facility, and the dates they are expected to be there. For home visits, provide the individual’s name, home address, and home phone number.
- Write the above information on the prayer request form found in the Sunday-morning worship folder, tear the form off, and place it in the offering plate.
Need More Help?
If you're not finding the information you need here, call Care Ministries at 469-252-5364, or contact us online. We reply to inquires when staff and volunteers are in the office (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.). If you have an urgent need for pastoral care on a night, weekend, or holiday, call the church's main phone, 469-252-5200, listen to the phone message, and follow the directions for contacting the pastor on-call. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
