Hospital & Extended Care Visitation
No one relishes hospital stays, periods of rehabilitation, or extended care. Anxiety often accompanies hospitalizations, and extended care can cause isolation from family, friends, and the church community. Stonebriar pastors and caring volunteers seek to lift these burdens by visiting and praying with brothers and sisters in the hospital or extended care.
Two Ways to Request a Visit

For pastoral hospital visits, call our Hospital Visitation Coordinator at 469-252-5226.
To let the Extended Care Visitation Team know of an individual in extended care, call Care Ministries at
469-252-5364.Provide the person’s name, their hospital or care facility, and the dates they are expected to be there.

Write the above information on the prayer request form in the Sunday worship folder, tear it off, and place it in the offering plate.

Pastoral Assistance Calls
During regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., contact Care Ministries at 469-252-5364. If you have an urgent need for pastoral care at other times, call the pastor on-call hotline at 214-236-0006. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
