Hospital and Extended Care Visitation

Hospital

Extended Care

Hospital stays, periods of rehabilitation, or extended care can be anxious and lonely times. This results from isolation from family, friends, and the church community.

The pastors of Stonebriar and caring volunteers are available to lift these burdens by visiting, praying with, and encouraging brothers and sisters in the hospital or extended care.

Let us know so we can visit.

We will need to know the person's name, a contact phone number, their hospital or care facility, and the dates they will be there.

Online: click here to send a visitation request online
Phone: call Care Ministries at 469-252-5226
Worship Guide: send us a note using the prayer request form in the printed Sunday worship guide

How do I volunteer for the Visitation Team?

Contact Project Serve at 469-252-5351 or visit the Project Serve web page.
