(An e-mail or phone call will not register nor hold a spot for your student.)

First come first served. If the deadline arrives and we have available space we reserve the right to extend the deadline.

1. Go to the  Special Event Page and get your event information.

2. WRITE a check for the event cost.

3. DOWNLOAD, print, and fill out this Liability Form.

4. SEND both the check and the Liabilty Form to the Student Ministry Office.

"The Catch" is there are a few more things you need to do later:

1.Ya gotta read the Event Information sometime to get the details.

2. Fill out and turn in the other forms by deadlines.

HINT: FILL OUT AND SAVE THESE MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENTS OF THE LIABILITY AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS. PRINT AND SIGN FOR EACH TRIP!

Back by popular demand! High School Ministry is bringing back the Mud Bowl. It's the return of the greatest game on earth - football in the mud. I think we'll throw in some Ultimate as well. Anyway, we'll plow a filed, water it overnight, and make one big earthen mess of mud for you to play in. Remember this - Texas clay sticks to everything and never comes our of your clothes. COOL! Bring all of your friends, a change of clothes, and a cover for your car seats - you'll need it.

Come out for some swimming, BBQ, and games as we hang out and celebrate that another school year is OVER!!! Summer is here and has begun! Bring some of your friends and join us!   

One piece suits only please. No two pieces with t-shirts. Bring a towel and a change of clothes.

What: High School Ministry Mystery Road Trip

When: June 24-28, 2008

Where: Only parents of those who sign up will know the location.

Our second annual Mystery Road Trip is going to be bigger than last year! You may ask "Where are we going?" That's a secret. It's why it's called a MYSTERY Road Trip. If you need to know how fun last year's trip was, ask around. We had a great time hanging out and anticipating what Jason had come up with next for us to do. There will be limited space, sign up early and often! This trip will fill up fast so don't dwaddle!

To register: Send a check for the TBA amount along with the forms below to the Student Ministry office: Liability Release, Medical Release, Medication Form, Rules Form.

Grab dinner and head out for a competitive and bone-crushing evening of bowling with all of us in the youth group. This is a great opportunity to introduce someone new to the youth group!

Bring a friend or two just let us know if you are coming by the Sunday before so we can reserve enough space.

This trip is full.

We are going to serve in a place where the need for both the Gospel and for a helping hand is HUGE. This trip will change our life as we experience a whole other culture and way of life. Our presence in Honduras will help to serve and indigenous ministry that is reaching out to impoverished families and their children. We are in for the adventure of a lifetime! Final P & P July 17, 9-11 a.m. in the HUB with Mission Trip Follow-up and Debrief August 5, 9 a.m.-noon in the HUB.

All of the details for this mission trip were given at a meeting after church on Sunday, March 2nd, 12:30-1:30 pm.  You MUST have been at this meeting to be part of the Mission Trip.

All forms and information were in the packet handed out at the mandatory March 2 meeting. If you have lost yours you will need to contact Kathy in the Student Ministry office and arrange to pick up the forms you are missing.
