First come first served. If the deadline arrives and there is available space, we reserve the right to extend the deadline.

3. OUT OF TOWN TRIPS EVENT SPECIFIC FORMS - each of these trips has a different set of forms. Please download them below. DEADLINE Two Weeks Prior to Trip: MEDICATION FORM AND INSURANCE CARD COPY
4. SEND a check, required forms in an ENVELOPE to the Student Ministry office; Attention: Kathy Goodwin. OR place all of the above in an ENVELOPE and drop in the METAL BOX IN THE HUB.
NEW LIABILITY AND MEDICAL FORMS
As of September 1, 2009, we have a new version of the Liability Form and of the Medical forms. We are now requiring a copy of your insurance card with the mecial forms. Please download and USE the new version of the forms for all events.
We are asking for this information in the event of a trip to the emergency room while we are on a trip or overnight event. Thank you!
CRITICAL MASS
During the school year starting September 8 we meet . . .
Every Tuesday, 7-10 p.m., in The HUB (Room 181–82)
Critical Mass is the strange name of the insane mid-week gathering of high school students. Worship, small-group discussion, coffee shop.
This is the best connection point for high school students to engage in High School Ministry. Connecting starts here. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed or out of synch with HSM then come to Critical Mass!
The evening provides a venue for connecting with other students, time with same grade and gender students in small groups, awesome worship, prayer requests that are on the heart of those who are there are put before God, praise, spending time in the Word of God and connecting with HIM!
We meet for coffee somewhere around 9 p.m. and then once a month go to. . . you guessed it! IHOP for pancakes, coffee, waffles, and you name it!
Just a great night for high schoolers to spend time with each other and the leaders! Don't miss it! If you want to bring a friend or two please do!
May 18, 2010 is our last Critical Mass until Fall, 2010.

Starting September 1, 2009 all events require the NEW Liability and Medical Forms. All events do not need the medical forms check the events below for information.
Please download the new version of the forms.
The new medical forms also need a copy of your insurance card if the event requires a medical form.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to keep your students safe in the event that we need to contact your or that they are injured.

By working your way through the book of Ephesians this school year, you will be learning how to study your Bible better so that you can be more confident to study it on your own.

HSM SERVICE PROJECT

HSM PINE COVE - REGISTER EARLY
This trip has become an annual tradition . . . Everyone goes to Pine Cove! Set aside all of your books and your sporting events and spend that time retreating from the pressures of life with your favorite people—all of us! Pickle Ball, some Frisbee on the green, tubing on the lake, time to just hang out. Worship in the middle of tall pine trees. Some reminders as to what Jesus is all about. Not a bad weekend to spend away from life—it’ll be there when you get back! Come with us!

HSM IRON NITE
Watch Iron Man Movie Number 2 @ Stonebriar Mall. Then we will move over for some late night pancakes or grub at IHOP. After that we separate and the guys go to the Stevenson's for a night of XBox and gals go to the HUB for a sleepover night of movies and games. Everybody bring your sleeping bags and a pillow just in case. Neat-O. Miss out and you’ll be teased!

HSM LORD OF THE RINGS MOVIE MARATHON
Relive one of the greatest movie saga’s not just of the 2000’s, but off all time. The Return of the King, the third film, won 11 Academy Awards, including Best Picture of 2003—that makes it legendary! We’re watching all three films, back-to-back, in their Extended Editions, for a total of 11 hours and 23 minutes of film-watching awesomeness!
