Weekly Gatherings

On Sunday mornings, fifth and sixth graders meet in Room 233 at either hour (9:30 or 11:15). Participation is free of charge, and no preregistration is required.

This small-group setting helps preteens share feelings and struggles, ask questions, build relationships, apply biblical truths to their own lives, and encourage one another in their faith. 

On Wednesday and Sunday evenings, fifth- and sixth-graders meet together in a large-group setting called Junction 56. Preteens who can't make it on Wednesdays can come on Sundays.

In Junction 56, we worship together, enjoy dramas and skits, and participate in creative Bible studies. This setting also lets preteens hang out together, play foosball and table games, and bask in the warmth of belonging to something bigger than themselves.

Schedule for 2008–09 (Summer break: May-August)

• Wednesday evenings: Junction 56 meets 6:30–8 p.m. from September 10–April 29 (with some breaks for holidays).
• Sunday evenings: Junction 56 meets 5–6:30 p.m. from September 7–April 26 (with some breaks for holidays).
• Both evenings: Junction 56 meets in Room 233 at Stonebriar. 

Preregistration is not required, but you must complete a registration form if your preteen decides to join Junction 56. If convenient, download the registration form and bring the completed form to Junction 56. A $20 registration fee is required to help cover the costs for curriculum, T-shirts, and snacks throughout the year.
