How to Enroll
Preschool Pals is open to the public. You don’t have to attend Stonebriar Community Church to enroll your child. We enroll children of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to enjoy all the rights, privileges, and activities of our programs.
Our program is licensed and monitored by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Parents of children with special needs are welcome to register their children for Preschool Pals. Please contact us in advance of the registration date, so that we can conduct an evaluation of your child's special needs to make sure enrollment is possible. We will assess our ability to meet his/her needs while still providing a quality preschool experience for the entire classroom.
How to Enroll
Enrollment in Stonebriar Preschool Pals looks different depending on whether it is your first time or whether you are a returning family. Please read the section that applies to you.
If You Are New to Preschool Pals
We’d love to welcome your child in the Preschool Pals program. We invite you to come meet us! Please call to make an appointment to tour our facility. We give tours on Fridays at 10, 10:30, 11, and 11:30 a.m. If you like Preschool Pals, you can get an enrollment packet at our office (location) on Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. You can also download enrollment forms online. Please fill out all forms completely. State law requires us to have completed paperwork for every child.
2018-2019 Open enrollment for the community will be ONLINE beginning Monday, February 12, 2018 at 10 a.m.
Open Enrollment Details:
*Enrollment will occur numerically on registration day (2/12/18) beginning at 10 a.m. **For faster registration, please be sure to establish your online portal ahead of time and have your username and password available for reference. You can access the portal by clicking the words "My Stonebriar" in the banner at the bottom of this page.
Be sure to register for the correct class according to your child's birth date. If your child's birth date does not fall within the parameters of the class you register for, they will not have a space. Feel free to call the SPP office with questions.
You will be allowed to enroll in a class online and also put yourself on as many waiting lists as you like that are available for your child's age. If a particular class option does not show up as a choice, that means it is full and the waiting list is all that is available.
If Your Child Is Currently Enrolled In Preschool Pals
Families who have children currently enrolled in Preschool Pals have the opportunity to register for the next year before we open the enrollment to the community. Prior to your enrollment date, we will host parent meetings to brief you on our new process. 2018-2019 enrollment packets will be available at the Preschool Pals office by January 18, 2018, and you can download enrollment forms online.
For currently enrolled families, you may reserve your line number online beginning Monday, February 5, 2018 at 10 a.m.
We will be collecting re-enrollment packets from our current families Feb. 6-9, 2018. Your registration will be processed according to the number you received online.
*Registration will occur numerically, according to your reserved number. Please be sure to reserve your line number online!
