What is Awana?
Awana at Stonebriar is a fun and meaningful way for kids and parents to grow in their love and knowledge of God.
Awana centers around a Sunday evening club where kids play games, memorize Scripture, and are discipled by a trained, caring team of staff and volunteers.
But the learning does not stop there. Throughout each week, kids and parents work together to learn and study the Bible.
At Awana we have a lot of fun. Colorful books, enthusiastic games, and exciting awards make Stonebriar Awana a highlight of the week as kids learn truths from God's Word that stick for a lifetime.
AWANA STATE TOURNAMENT
Remember, Clubbers and Ministry Partners: 29 of our youth are competing this Friday night and Saturday morning in the Awana State Tournament. We have two Volleyball Teams, three Bible Quiz Teams, and three Fine Arts Participants! Be in prayer for them and their coaches. Better yet, join us at Denton Bible Church to cheer them on! Volleyball and Fine Arts begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, and Bible Quiz will be at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Go Team Stonebriar!
